"Becky created a detailed, robust, thoughtful, and deeply collaboratively-informed process for us. She is extremely creative in how she thinks through things. She
doesn't get stuck in a way of thinking or discouraged when we disagreed about how we might approach something. Rather we would always talk, listen, ask questions of each other, and we would find a path forward that we would not have even realised was there were it not for Becky. The process she developed for our revisions was exactly what we needed to be doing.

Becky's facilitation in-person over two days with us was second to none. She brings a balance to facilitation that I have simply not experienced before. She has an incredible sense of a room at the moment. She knows when to push and when to hold, when to challenge and when to rest. She knows when a group needs more time to discuss an issue, and when that group is really circling their answer. I'm not sure how she manages it, but she makes a space and the people in it feel more trusting, more honest. And that makes hard conversation a lot easier.
